About the Faculty

The Faculty of Science and Literature in Turaif province was established to complete the process of spreading higher education to place our country among the advanced nations and make education available in the cities, provinces, and villages of the Kingdom. The Faculty of Science and Literature in Turaif, represented by its faculty and staff, looks forward to creating a leading educational environment for its students and providing them with an outstanding education. It aspires to give them sufficient skills that prepare them for our country's building, renaissance, and pride in the labor market. The Faculty currently has four scientific departments: chemistry, computer and information technology, physics, and mathematics, as well as two humanitarian departments: the English Language Department and the Kindergarten Department. Chemistry, English, computer and information technology departments have already been activated at the request of students, with the hope of activating the departments of physics and mathematics in the future. To increase the number of humanitarian disciplines for female students after the suspension of the Kindergarten Program, the Faculty of Science and Literature in Turaif hosts some classes as part of the Marketing Program of the Faculty of Business Administration in Arar following the decision of the Ministry of Education. The Faculty of Science and Literature derives its vision and mission from the vision and mission of its Northern Border University to ensure integration between the part and the whole.

    The Faculty seeks to provide various academic programs that prepare graduates to keep up with the needs of the labor market and achieve excellence in scientific research and community service following national values and heritage.
